Handling Times

Handling times are approximately 3–7 business days, depending on the volume of orders. We always try our best to pack and ship your order within 5 business days.

 

Shipping Methods

We ship to destinations all around the globe! ⋆˙⟡
Every order is safely packed and shipped directly from Hong Kong!

  • Local orders: Tracked and untracked shipping options available
  • Overseas orders: Tracked and untracked airmail options are available. In locations where airmail service is unavailable, we can only offer tracked and untracked surface mail.

If you wish to use another shipping method or courier, eg, DHL, FedEx, etc. Please send an email to firepiggydoodles@gmail.com, and we will make arrangements for you accordingly.

 

Shipping Times

Local (Hong Kong)  1 - 2 days
United States  1 - 3 weeks
Canada  2 - 5 weeks
Oceania (AU & NZ)  2 - 4 weeks
UK & EU  2 - 4 weeks
Asia  1 - 2 weeks

Please note that delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as limited air traffic, customs clearance, large sales events, or high delivery volumes during festive seasons. 

In such cases, please allow an additional 2–3 weeks for your package to arrive. We truly appreciate your patience and understanding.

 

Tracked Shipping

For tracked orders, your tracking number and link will be sent via email once your order has shipped.

However, please note that some countries’ postal services may not provide full door-to-door tracking or may only offer limited tracking updates. In some cases, tracking may only show “In Transit” even after the package has reached your destination country. We kindly ask for your patience and understanding — your package will reach you.

If you choose untracked shipping, please be aware that we will not be able to check your package’s whereabouts once shipped, and refunds will not be issued if the package is lost in transit.

 

International Customs

Customs duties or import fees may apply depending on your country. Please note that we will not be responsible for any import VAT, taxes, or any other fees that may be incurred at your destination country. 

All charges and fees must be handled and paid by the customer. Packages returned to us due to unpaid fees will not be refunded. Please ensure you are familiar with your local import laws and regulations.

Refunds, Exchanges & Cancellations

All sales are final and are not eligible for cancellation or refund once payment has been completed. We kindly ask that you review product descriptions carefully for sizing and specifications before making a purchase.

Refunds will not be issued for items lost in transit by postal services or for orders with incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
