(!) Temporary Suspension of Shipping to Canada

To our customers from Canada, in light of the Canadian postal strikes, we have to pause shipping to Canada temporarily since our postal office has announced all postal services to Canada have been suspended with immediate effect until further notice. We are very sorry for the inconvenience and thank you so much for your understanding.

(!) Temporary Suspension of Shipping to the EU

To our customers from the EU, due to the new General Product Safety Regulation (GSPR), we will be temporarily pausing all shipping to the EU starting December 13, 2024, until we can fully understand the new requirements and determine the best way to comply with them.

The last day to place orders from the EU will be December 12, 2024. We appreciate your understanding and will make every effort to resume shipping to the EU as soon as possible.
