To our customers in Canada, due to the ongoing postal strikes that began on September 25, 2025, we are temporarily pausing shipping to Canada. The postal service has announced an immediate suspension of all postal operations to Canada until further notice. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and greatly appreciate your understanding.

(!) Temporary Suspension of Shipping to The United States

To our customers in the US, in light of the tariff hikes on postal items containing goods to the US that began on May 2, 2025, and considering the uncertainty around processing and delivery times, we have made the difficult decision to pause our shipping services to avoid any potential additional tariffs on your orders.

We sincerely apologize for this change and will continue to provide updates on our Instagram and website. Although we do not know when this situation will change, we are truly grateful for all the support and love we have received over the years.
