However, please understand if one of your orders has already been shipped, then we will not be able to combine them for you. So please make sure to contact us as soon as possible if you want your orders to be combined.
If your package has been returned to us due to failed attempts to deliver, or left unclaimed from the post office, you can choose the following options:
We can arrange to reship your package at a reshipping fee, a Paypal invoice will be sent to you. Once the payment is settled, we will reship your package within 3 - 5 business days.
CANCEL & REFUND
If you decide to cancel your order, we will exclude the original shipping fees and charge a 10% restocking fee, the remaining amount will be refunded to you.

Please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and the photo(s) of the incorrect item or tell us what product is missing, and we will sort it out for you accordingly.

Unfortunately, please understand that sometimes your package might be facing delays due to factors that are out of our control such as insufficient air traffic, customs delays, big sales, high delivery load during festive seasons, etc.
In such cases, please allow another 2 - 3 weeks to see if your package arrives or follow the solutions below.
- Contact your local post office to see if your package is being held there. They will be the best to help you in locating your package since we have no control after the package has been shipped.
- Check with your family members or apartment management to see if they accepted the package on your behalf.
- You may also try to reach out to your neighbors to see if your package was misdelivered to them.
Please do keep in touch with us if the package still hasn’t reached you for over 3 months! Send an email to email@example.com with your order number, we will see what we can do for you and find the best solution to solve the problem.
Some products will be restocked depending on the demand : )
So feel free to drop us an email or DM us on Instagram if you want a specific product, so we can have more detailed info to decide whether we will restock a specific product : )
We will have updates on our IG and newsletter if a product is going to be restocked.
However, due to the difficulties and the complex process of producing some specific products, we might not be able to restock them again. We seek for your understanding!

I use Adobe Photoshop for most of my artwork and Clip Studio from time to time. I also use Adobe Illustrator for typesetting : )
