Where do you ship from?

Firepiggydoodles is a Hong Kong‑based small business. Every item and package is carefully packed and shipped from Hong Kong! : )

Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we do : )

However, please note that we cannot ship to countries that do not accept postal mail due to postal workers’ strikes, border closures, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Do you still ship to the US? How do you handle tariffs?

Yes, we do still ship to the US, and we offer tariff-free shipping : )

Can I choose another shipping option?

Yes, you can : )

If you wish to use another shipping method, such as EMS or a courier service like DHL or FedEx. Please send an email to firepiggydoodles@gmail.com, and we will make arrangements for you accordingly.

I have placed 2 or more orders. Can you combine and ship them together?

Yes, we can : )

Please send an email to firepiggydoodles@gmail.com with your order numbers so that we can make arrangements for you accordingly : )

However, please understand that if one of your orders has already been shipped, we will not be able to combine them. If you would like to combine your orders, please contact us promptly.

What if my package has been returned to you?

If your package has been returned to us due to failed delivery attempts or being left unclaimed at the post office, you can choose the following options:

- RESHIP -

  • We can arrange to reship your package for a reshipping fee. A PayPal invoice will be sent to you, and once the payment is settled, we will reship your package within 3 - 5 business days.

- CANCEL & REFUND -

  • If you decide to cancel your order, the original shipping fees will be excluded, and a 10% restocking fee will be charged. The remaining amount will then be refunded to you.

My package arrived with incorrect or missing items! What should I do?

We are very sorry for the mistake : (

Please send an email to firepiggydoodles@gmail.com with your order number and the photo(s) of the incorrect item, or let us know which product is missing. We will sort it out for you accordingly!

I still haven’t received my package yet! What should I do?

We are very sorry to hear that : (

Unfortunately, please note that your package may occasionally experience delays due to factors beyond our control, such as insufficient air traffic, customs delays, major sales, or high delivery volumes during festive seasons.

In such cases, please allow an additional 2 -3 weeks to see if your package arrives, or follow the solutions below:

  • Contact your local post office to check if your package is being held there. They will be the best to help you locate your package, as we have no control over it after it has been shipped.

  • Check with your family members or apartment management to see if they accepted the package on your behalf.

  • Reach out to your neighbors to see if your package was misdelivered to them.

Please keep in touch with us if the package still hasn’t reached you after more than three months. Send an email to firepiggydoodles@gmail.com with your order number, and we will do our best to assist you and find the best solution to resolve the issue.

The product I want is out of stock. Will it be restocked?

Some products will be restocked depending on the demand : )

Feel free to drop us an email or DM us on Instagram if you're looking for a specific product, so we can gather more detailed information to decide whether to restock it.
We will post updates on our Instagram and newsletter if a product is restocked.

However, due to the difficulties and complexity of producing certain products, we may not be able to restock them again. We kindly seek your understanding! 

What’s the difference between standard-grade and B-grade products?

For information on how we grade our products, please refer to the grading guide on the product page description. We have listed the details on every product page, providing a clear description of each grade of the product quality.

Are you open for wholesale orders?

What software(s) do you use to make your art?

I use Adobe Photoshop for most of my artwork and occasionally Clip Studio. I also use Adobe Illustrator for typesetting.

Are you open to commissions or business collaborations?

- PERSONAL USE COMMISSIONS -

  • I’m very sorry, but I am not currently accepting personal use commissions.

- BUSINESS COMMISSIONS / COLLABORATIONS -
