The information below will help you understand more about our shipping policy, please make sure to read it before placing an order : ) 
 

Handling Times

Handling times are approximately 3-7 business days depending on the volume of orders, but we try our best to pack and ship your order within 5 business days : )

 

Shipping Times

  • For local orders: 1 - 2 days
  • For overseas orders: 1 - 4 weeks  

Please understand that sometimes, your package might be facing delays due to factors that are out of our control such as insufficient air traffic, customs delays, big sales, high delivery load during festive seasons, etc.

In such cases, please allow another 2 - 3 weeks for your package to reach you. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

 

Shipping Methods

We use Hong Kong Post to ship out all orders : )

  • For local orders, we offered tracked and untracked shipping. 
  • For overseas orders, we offer airmail (tracked / untracked) and surface mail (tracked / untracked).

If you wish to use another shipping method or courier, eg. DHL, FedEx, etc. Please send an email to firepiggydoodles@gmail.com, we will make arrangements for you accordingly : )

 

Tracked Shipping

For tracked shipping orders, your tracking number will be sent to you via email after your order is shipped. You can click on the link down below to track your order.

Hong Kong Post - Track and Trace

However, please understand that some country's postal services might not offer door-to-door tracking or only provide limited tracking info, which means the shipping can only be tracked until the package reaches your country or in some cases, the tracking will only show “In Transit” even though the package had already reached its destination country. We seek for your understanding and patience, your package will reach you eventually.

  • If you have chosen untracked shipping instead, please note that we will not be able to check your package's whereabouts when the package is shipped and refunds will not be made in case of mail lost in transit by postal services.

 

International Customs

Customs or import fees may apply depending on your country, please note that we will not be responsible for any import VAT, taxes or any other fees that may be incurred at your destination country. 

All charges and fees must be handled and paid by the customers when necessary, we will not refund any packages that are returned to us due to unpaid fees. 

So please make sure you are familiar with your local import laws and regulations.

Refunds, Exchanges & Cancellations

All sales are final and not eligible for cancellations or refunds once payment has been settled, so please read our product descriptions for sizing and specifications carefully before purchasing. Refunds will also not be made in case of mail lost in transit by postal services or by providing us wrong shipping address. Thank you for your understanding!
