Where do you ship from?

Firepiggydoodles is a Hong Kong-based small business, every items and packages are safely packed and shipped from Hong Kong : )

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we do : )

However, please understand that we cannot ship to countries that do not accept postal mail due to postal workers' strikes, border closures, or other reasons.

Please check the link below to see if your country has suspended shipping.

Can I choose a faster shipping option?

Yes, you can : )

If you wish to use another shipping method, such as EMS or a courier service like DHL or FedEx. Please send an email to firepiggydoodles@gmail.com, we will make arrangements for you accordingly.

I have placed 2 or more orders. Can you combine and ship them together?

Yes, we can : )

Please send an email to firepiggydoodles@gmail.com with your order numbers so that we can make arrangements for you accordingly : )

However, please understand that if one of your orders has already been shipped, we will not be able to combine them. If you would like to combine your orders, please contact us as soon as possible.

What if my package has been returned to you?

If your package has been returned to us due to failed attempts to deliver or left unclaimed at the post office, you can choose the following options:

- RESHIP -

  • We can arrange to reship your package at a reshipping fee. A PayPal invoice will be sent to you. Once the payment is settled, we will reship your package within 3 - 5 business days.

- CANCEL & REFUND -

  • If you decide to cancel your order, we will exclude the original shipping fees and charge a 10% restocking fee. The remaining amount will be refunded to you.

My package arrived with incorrect or missing items! What should I do?

We are very sorry for the mistake : (

Please send an email to firepiggydoodles@gmail.com with your order number and the photo(s) of the incorrect item, or let us know which product is missing. We will sort it out for you accordingly.

I still haven’t received my package yet! What should I do?

We are very sorry to hear that : (

Unfortunately, please understand that your package may sometimes face delays due to factors beyond our control, such as insufficient air traffic, customs delays, major sales, or high delivery loads during festive seasons, etc.

In such cases, please allow another 2 - 3 weeks to see if your package arrives, or follow the solutions below.

  • Contact your local post office to see if your package is being held there. They will be the best to help you locate your package, since we have no control after the package has been shipped.

  • Check with your family members or apartment management to see if they accepted the package on your behalf.

  • You may also try reaching out to your neighbors to see if your package was misdelivered to them.

Please do keep in touch with us if the package still hasn’t reached you after over 3 months! Send an email to firepiggydoodles@gmail.com with your order number, and we will do our best to help you and find the best solution to solve the problem.

The product I want is out of stock. Will it be restocked?

Some products will be restocked depending on the demand : )

Feel free to drop us an email or DM us on Instagram if you're looking for a specific product, so we can have more detailed information to decide whether to restock it.
We will post updates on our Instagram and newsletter if a product is restocked.

However, due to the difficulties and complexity of producing some specific products, we may not be able to restock them again. We seek your understanding! 

What’s the difference between standard-grade and B-grade products?

For information about how we graded our products, please refer to the grading guide on the product’s page description. It provides a detailed description of every grade of the product quality.

What software(s) do you use to make your art?

I use Adobe Photoshop for most of my artwork and Clip Studio occasionally. I also use Adobe Illustrator for typesetting.

Are you open to commissions or business collaborations?

- PERSONAL USE COMMISSIONS -

  • I’m very sorry, but I am not accepting personal use commissions at the moment.
